what I liked about my stay the best was being able to request a late check out time for a small fee. My visit was for medical testing and I didn't know how long it would take. I was quite happy being on the 11th floor away from smoke and pets. due to the A/C unit having to run continuously ( it's hot out there ) it was constant noise. nothing can be done about that. The bed was nice but for my pressure points/pain, extra softness of a luxury bed would have been great. the room size and bathroom were a very nice and clean. I would have liked to stay longer. the location of hotel was wonderful for proximity to medial appts. and afew other shopping stops.

I was very skeptical to stay here from all the other reviews! But this place is not as bad as what I read! the facilities were fine the room was nice and spacious clean and the staff BETO was exceptional!! I needed a microwave and with no problem he upgraded us even though my room was already pre-booked and paid for in advance, I came with 3 kids and my friend and we all were comfortable and anytime we needed anything towels extra pillows more blankets housekeeping came right away! never mind the area it’s not even bad and the extra people walking around outside they ain’t bothering anyone! This place is friendly and safe! I RECOMMEND it great prices. We stayed in rm 620. Never mind the snobby reviews give this place a chance! Like any casino you will smell a stench of cig smoke but the hallways and our room didn’t smell at all! Thank you Ramada for the great experience! We will be coming back.

We liked many things I will try to list them. 1) The staff was very friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and with pleasant things to say. 2) The room was clean and comfortable. 3) The Location of the hotel was close to major streets and a freeway on and off ramp. 4) The value we received was outstanding, an added bonus to everything else. 5) Although we did not have pets with us (we usually do), we observed that many other guests had pets and they seemed pleased with their stay with their pets. 6) The staff was able to answer questions about things to do in and outside of Reno, so we visited local attractions and ventured out to nearby Virginia City and Truckee.

The property is very close to many things and it’s located downtown for good prices online has a casino if you’re into it security is constantly monitoring the property and good at what they do free parking lots of space everything is opened with the room key it’s nice and quite at least on my stay

A nice hotel that has been updated some, and was currently having some carpet replaced. Probably was in a decent area when it was built, but the surrounding neighborhood has deteriorated and is now questionable ( a lot of people just hanging around, probably due to the attached casino).

I like the fact that you have to have a key to get into the lobby from outside and from the casino. The staff were very nice . The ladies cleaning the rooms always gave us what we needed even allowed me to vacuum my room.

Our room at Ramada was clean and quiet. The beds were nice, with soft, clean bedding and pillows. This hotel is a very good value, especially if one doesn't want to stay in the downtown area, even though it's close and easy to get there. The staff were very nice, helpful and polite. It's an older hotel, but well kept.

The area around the casino that was attached to the hotel was quite sketchy, but I felt safe in the hotel. Room key needed for everything, even going in and out of casino thru hotel. I saw security outside cruising parking lot as well.

The hotel staff was very nice ,got to know Christine the night Manger purchased some gifts she had displayed.Guess running man was subpose be there the weekend I stayed ,but he couldn't show up stuck in mud ! The casino was awesome the staff was kind and greeted me .The food from the grill was good great flavor 😋 great price was worth it .'
